Pulp molding water repellent / waterproofing agent / water-resistant agent is a product developed by our company based on years of research on water-resistant agents for sizing. It overcomes the problems of large dosage, small adaptability, poor water resistance, and easy moisture regain of ordinary waterproofing agents. This product has good film-forming properties and is fully combined with pulp fibers, making the film structure tight. It has the characteristics of self retention and high water resistance; It also features no maturation period, not easy to regain moisture, easy to operate, has a long storage period, good stability, and significantly improves the strength and other indicators of paper tray molds and paper products. This product is widely used for various high-end paper plastic molds, one-time molded paper products, egg trays, special paper and other products that made from wood pulp and waste paper pulp and require high water resistance  .

Application:

This product has a wide range of applications: suitable for wood pulp, bamboo pulp, recycled paper pulp, wheat straw pulp, reed pulp, cotton pulp, etc.

The usual dosage is 8-20 kilograms, and it is usually added intermittently in the conditioning tank or continuously through a metering pump at the mixing tank.

Packing & Storage:

This product is packaged in 50kg, 200kg, 1000kg plastic drums, or can be packaged according to customer requirements. Store in a cool and ventilated place. Shelf life: 6 months
