This product is a kind of emulsion compounded by a variety of surfactants and organic solvents, with strong dispersion and viscosity reduction. Used in the alkali recovery system of pulp plants, it can reduce the viscosity of black liquor, improve its flowability, enhance the heat conduction efficiency of evaporators, reduce scaling, and extend the washing cycle of evaporators; At the same time, it is beneficial for the transportation of black liquor and the dispersion and full combustion of black liquor in the alkali recovery furnace, which is good to improving the reduction rate of mirabilite and the alkali recovery rate.

Safe Operation

It is a slightly acidic liquid, and appropriate precautions must be taken when using it, such as wearing protective clothing. Goggles and rubber gloves should be worn when operating this product to ensure that the solution does not splash onto the skin or clothing surface. It is recommended to use corrosion-resistant materials (plastic or stainless steel) for the dosing pump and pipelines. Before use, please refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet.

Packaging & Storage             

Packaged in 200KG plastic drums or 1000KG IBC drums and recommended to store in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.  The recommended shelf life is 12 months after the production date.
