This wood chip softening enzyme is specially used for the treatment of wood powder fibers, it can remove some lignin and activate the fibers, making the fiber structure loose and soft, improving the water absorption, swelling and fibrication degree of wood powder. At the same time, it can act on the fiber cell wall, reducing the cohesion of fibers, making them easier to break under appropriate external forces, and also enhancing the fibrication. After using this product, grinding the wood powder into refined fibers become more easier, saving energy, and shortening the grinding time.

Usage

It can be added directly to the pulper in batches or continuously, with a typical dosage of 100-300g/ton of wood powder fiber. The optimal dosage needs to be determined based on experimental results. The optimal temperature is 45-55 ℃ and the optimal pH value is 5.0-7.5. 

This product is a non-toxic and harmless biological enzyme preparation, but it should be avoided from ingestion or splashing into the eyes, nose, and mouth. If it comes into contact with the skin, wash immediately with water. In case it is not used up after opening, please seal and store in a timely manner. Pakcage & Storage

Normally 25kg per barrel,  can also be customized according to customer requirements. Sealed storage in a dry, ventilated, and cool place, avoiding high temperatures and direct sunlight, and avoiding mixing with toxic and harmful substances. The shelf life is 6 months under normal temperature conditions, and the loss of activity does not exceed 10%.
