Usage

Dropping pumps can be used to directly add defoamers to the system. It is recommended to add 0.08-0.5kg of defoamer per ton of pulp in the initial stage, and the final expected value is to add 0.05-0.3kg of defoamer per ton of pulp (air dried).

if desiring to control the dosage, the product can be diluted with water. Water can be added to the defoamer emulsion and mixed slowly. The defoamer after dilution should be used as soon as possible and should not be stored for more than 12 hours generally.

The adding point of defoamer should be determined according to specific production conditions, and the adding point should always be optimized with the aim to add less defoamer.
