This water repellent is a kind of polymer bridging reaction type water-resistant agent, with fast crosslinking and curing, which can greatly improve the dry and wet tensile strength and printing adaptability of coated paper. It is suitable for the production process of various coated papers.

Appearance: Colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: 50 ± 1%

Viscosity (25℃): ≤ 220mpa.s

PH value (2% dispersion): 7.5-9.5 

Water solubility: easily soluble in water

Usage:

It is recommended to dose manually or automatically after the coating adhesive.

Attention: Before using this product, please wear appropriate protective articles and refer to the MSDS (Safety Data Sheet) to obtain information for safe use of the product.

Dosage: It is recommended to add 0.2-0.7% of the coating's dry weight.

Packaging and Storage

Regular packaged in 250KG/PE drums, 1200KG/PE drums, or according to customer requirements.

Store in a sealed container at room temperature (5-35 ℃), avoiding direct sunlight and freezing. Please tightly seal the container when not in use.

The shelf life is 6 months from production.
