This product is a water-soluble polymer material mainly used in the papermaking coating process to improve the rheological properties of coatings.

Physical and Chemical Properties

Appearance: yellowish lotion

Solid content: 40 ± 1%

Viscosity (25℃): 50~300mpa.s

PH value (2% dispersion): 6-8

Application

YQ-G40, as a coating rheological modifier, can effectively couple polymers and pigments in coatings, thereby reducing the viscosity of coatings, increasing the solid content of coatings, and promoting the rheological properties of coatings; It can also reduce the amount of lubricants and other additives used, achieving the effect of reducing coating costs.

YQ-G40 can be directly added to coating slurry, and the recommended dosage is 0.1% to 0.5% depending on the composition of the coatings.

YQ-G40 is a non flammable, non-toxic, harmless, safe and environmentally friendly product;

When using, follow general labor protection measures. In case of inhalation or ingestion, immediately wash with clean water. In case of leakage, can use sand to mix and then collect, or wash with water.

Package & Storage

In its original packaging, it is stored in a ventilated and dry warehouse at a temperature of 4 ℃~40 ℃, with a shelf life of 12 months;

When storing, keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight to prevent excessive evaporation of moisture and deterioration;

The product can freeze at low temperatures.  Frozen products can affect use. Please have it melted in natural conditions before use. 

Packaged in 50L, 120L, 200L, and 1000L PE drums.
