Product Overview

Dryer fabric cleaner is a water-soluble product primarily composed of organic polymeric substances with a barrier effect. It is designed for use on corrugated and containerboard machines, addressing issues such as dirty dryer wire and web pasting, which can lead to reduced drying efficiency. Additionally, it reduces the frequency of paper breaks in the drying section, thereby enhancing production efficiency.  Currently, it is widely used on high- and medium-speed paper machines.

Product Packaging

Dryer Fabric Cleaner is packaged in liquid form, primarily in recyclable 1000Kg/IBC barrels. If other packaging options are required, please contact our sales representative.

Product Applications and Features

The dryer fabric cleaner can effectively reduce the surface free energy of the drying cylinder or drying wire, making it difficult for adhesive substances or fine fiber-type contaminants to adhere to the surface of the drying cylinder or drying wire.

The dryer fabric cleaner can reduce the frequency of paper breaks caused by contamination on the dry end of the paper machine, thereby enhancing production efficiency and improving the quality of the finished paper.

The dryer fabric cleaner can be used as a cleaning agent for calender rolls, while also facilitating the release of paper sheets from the calender rolls.

The dryer fabric cleaner can be directly sprayed onto the surface of the drying cylinder and the surface of the dryer wire, with a typical dosage of 0.03 to 0.1 kg per ton of paper;

It can also be used as a cleaning agent for calender rollers and can be applied in different areas:

  1. Spray the paper surface before the calender roll;

2. Spray directly on the surface of the calender roll

Material compatibility

Compatible with 304 stainless steel, CPVC, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Note: It is recommended that all large-capacity bulk storage tanks be lined with material-compatible liners to avoid localized corrosion.

Storage

Store in a cool place, with a shelf life of 6 months at a storage temperature of 5-35℃.
