Product Overview

This product is a nano-anionic silica solution designed to be added to the wet part of papermaking as an important component of a multi-functional retention and drainage system. The use of FA-3601 can form a new and efficient microparticle retention system, which not only significantly improves the retention of fine fibers and fillers, but also has good effects on paper machine dewatering, uniformity, wet end chemical retention, and improvement of paper machine operating performance.

Product Packaging Form

Nano Micro-Flocculation Aid is packaged in liquid form and shipped in IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) barrels. Alternatively, it can be transported via tanker trucks upon customer request. For other packaging options, please contact our sales representative.

Product Applications and Features

Nano Micro-Flocculation Aid has a narrow particle size distribution and a large specific surface area, providing strong capturing ability for fine components such as small fibers and fillers. It can form a network-like, uniform, and dense micro flocculation mass, firmly adhering to the fibers, thereby further improving the retention rate of fine components, enhancing the drainability of paper sheets, and improving the uniformity of the finished paper.

The nanoparticle system of Nano Micro-Flocculation Aid can undergo reflocculation in both online and white water environments, exhibiting high shear resistance under high turbulence conditions. This reflocculation process generates micropores in the paper, facilitating easier pressing and drying, improving paper machine dewatering, increasing paper machine speed, and reducing energy consumption.

Nano Micro-Flocculation Aid can enhance the retention of wet-end chemicals such as starch, improve the strength of the finished paper, increase the ash content of the finished paper, and enhance the filler retention in the wire, retain the part, reduce the slurry consumption, and thereby lower the production cost.

The typical addition point for Nano Micro-Flocculation Aid is after the pressure screen of the paper machine, with an addition amount of 1-6 kg/ton of paper.  It is recommended to add it after online dilution

The dilution water should be 10-20 times the volume of the product original solution.  Avoid using recycled water or other water sources with high suspended solids, mineral salts, and iron content.

Material Compatibility

Compatible with 304 stainless steel, PPR, PVC, and high-density polyethylene

Materials such as (HDPE).

Note: It is recommended that all large-capacity bulk storage tanks be equipped with material-compatible liners to avoid localized corrosion.


Storage

Store in a cool and dry warehouse with a storage temperature of 5-30℃,

Avoid direct sunlight. The shelf life is 4 months when unopened.
