This coating lubricant belongs to soap compounds, and its main ingredient is calcium stearate. It can reduce the frictional force generated by the movement of various components in the coating, promote the fluidity of the coating slurry, enhance the quality of the coated paper, eliminate the picking phenomenon of coated paper during the calendering, and reduce the cracking or peeling when folding the coated paper. Mainly used in the production process of coated paper such as copperplate paper, coated whiteboard paper, and light coated white cardboard paper.

Usage

It is recommended to dose manually or by program in the later stage of coating preparation.

Dosage: It is recommended to add 0.5-1.5% of the coating materials's dry weight.

Packaging & Storage

Conventional packaging in 200KGS, 1000KGS/PE drums, or according to customer requirements.

Store in a sealed container at room temperature (5-35 ℃), avoiding direct sunlight and freezing. Please tightly seal the container when not in use.

The shelf life is 6 months when unopened.
