This curing agent is a new type of high charge density polymer emulsion developed by our company in cooperation with scientific research institutions. It can be added into AKD emulsion as booster and bactericide to provide strong cationic component for the third generation of high solid content AKD emulsion, thus playing a role in promoting curing. This product is used in the AKD neutral or alkaline sizing system , greatly limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD. The curing agent carries a large amount of cationic charges and is an excellent anion catcher and retention-drainage aid to the paper sheet. It can quickly precipitate the sizing material onto the fibers, greatly reducing the loss and hydrolysis of the sizing material. At the same time, it is also a sizing enhancer that can make the paper have good water resistance. Moreover, this product has the effect of shortening the curing period of AKD sizing. General neutral sizing takes more than ten hours to cure after paper sheet being off the machine, but adding this product can cure it in about one hour after paper sheet being off the machine, greatly shortening the curing period and reducing the occurrence of false sizing.

Usage:

Before use on the machine, a small test should be conducted to determine the application method and dosage.

This product can be directly added to the synthesis process of intermediates, or added in emulsion in a certain proportion. Please increase the dosage for the papermaking system with heavy anionic trash.
