This product is an acidic felt cleaner with a unique formula that combines washing and care functions. It can effectively prevent organic and inorganic pollutants (such as carbonates, aluminum sulfate, talcum powder, etc.) from depositing on the surface of the felt, and at the same time, it can effectively reduce the surface tension of the felt, reduce the resistance of water passing through the felt, and further improve the dewatering performance.
Features
It has rapid wetting and permeation effects;
Effectively chelate metal ions in the white water inside the felt to prevent the formation of calcium deposits;
Ensure reasonable permeability and moisture distribution during the operation of the felt;
Improve the operating efficiency of the paper machine and reduce paper breakage.
Physical and Chemical Properties

The position of the spray pipe should be installed upstream of the vacuum suction tank of the press section and as far away from the vacuum suction tank as possible. The usual dosage range is 3-5 milliliters per minute per meter of felt width; Under certain special conditions, this felt cleaner can also be added to the high-pressure spray water in the pressing section. Our technicial will recommend the appropriate dosage and application plan based on the actual production conditions.
This felt cleaning agent is strong acidic and corrosive, necessary protective measures should be taken during use, wearing goggles and rubber gloves.
