Overview

This product is an organic silicon dryer release agent. This product has strong heat resistance, oxidation resistance, and high compression rate, and can be used for a long time in the temperature range of (-) 10 ℃ - (+) 300 ℃. This product is directly sprayed onto the surface of the dryer through a special online spraying device, forming a lubricating coating on the cylinder surface, effectively isolating paper adhesive from the dryer surface, avoiding the accumulation of adhesive on the cylinder surface, keeping the cylinder surface clean and reducing paper breakage. At the same time, the lubricating coating can also reduce the wear of the dryer and scraper and extend the service life.

Usage

Use a metering pump to add the product to a special spraying device, which is generally installed at the front position of the 1 # and 2 # drying cylinders where more stickies deposits and comes into contact with the paper. The usual dosage range is 3-5ml/min/nozzle. Our technical personnel will recommend suitable dosage and application solutions based on the actual production conditions of customers.

This product is non toxic and non corrosive, but direct contact with the skin should be avoided as much as possible. Necessary protective measures should be taken during use, including wearing goggles. In case accidentally splashes into the eyes, wash immediately with plenty of water. Package and Storage 

Packaged in liquid form, primarily in recyclable 200kgs or 1000Kgs/IBC barrels. For alternative packaging options, please contact our sales representative.

It is recommended to store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. The recommended shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
