This dispersant is a kind of sodium polyacrylate polymer and is mainly used for the production of various coated papers. It has excellent dispersion effects on various inorganic pigments.
Features:
It has a wide range of applications and can disperse various pigments such as porcelain clay, calcium carbonate, titanium dioxide, etc.
Suitable for high-speed coating paper machines, it can maintain good dispersion effect even at high temperatures.
Only a small amount of dispersant can achieve a high concentration and low viscosity dispersion effect.
Can improve the coverage of the coating, reduce the amount of coating materials, and thus achieve the goal of reducing costs.
Physical & Chemical Properties:
Item No: CF-7400
Appearance: Light yellow transparent liquid
Solid content: 40 ± 1%
Viscosity: ≤ 330mpa.s(25℃)
PH value: 6-8 (2% dispersion)
Water solubility: easily soluble in water
Usage
It is recommended to manually or automatically add the dispersant at the beginning of pigments dispersion. Dilute it 1-3 times with water and stir evenly before adding for better results.
Please wear appropriate personal protective instruments and refer to the MSDS (Safety Data Sheet) for safe use of the product.
Dosage: It is recommended to add 0.1-0.6% of the pigment's dry weight. The specific dosage should be determined based on the type of pigment and its dispersion curve to ensure optimal performance of the coating system.
Packaging & Storage
Normally packed in 250KG/PE drums, 1200KG/PE drums, or according to customer requirements.
Store in a sealed container at room temperature (5-35 ℃), avoiding direct sunlight and freezing. Please tightly seal the container when not in use.
The shelf life is 6 months when unopened.
