This styrene- acrylic emulsion is an anionic resin copolymerized by styrene and acrylic monomers. Compared with traditional styrene butadiene latex and polyvinyl acetate lotion, it has the advantages of stable structure, aging resistance, hydrolysis resistance, gloss keeping, color retention, and high pigment bearing capacity. Compared with other resin, it uses less when reaching the same strength.
After coating and drying, this styrene- acrylic emulsion can form a colorless, transparent, non stick, and flexible coating film. As a coating adhesive, this product has high compatibility with pigments and fillers, and is resistant to aging and not easily yellowed. The paper produced with this product has good gloss, whiteness, bonding strength, ink absorption, water resistance, water resistance, and uniform color retention. It is calendered at different temperatures and pressures, and the paper does not stick to rollers, ensuring product quality. Can be used as an binder for various types of base paper and coatings, suitable for various coating processes. Especially suitable for use with high-speed coating machines.
