This product is an efficient and economical deposit control agent used in the pulp and paper industry. This product is applied to produce an efficient active monomer by mixing with sodium hypochlorite using a special conversion device on site. The monomer can effectively prevent the deposition of organic substances such as bacterial sludge in the system and can be applied to core positions such as white water systems, slurry preparation systems, spray water systems, and starch spray.
By using this deposite control agent, the deposit problem caused by the proliferation of microorganisms is reduced, thereby effectively improve the operating efficiency of the paper machine and extend the interval between two planned shutdowns, significantly improving the marginal benefits.
Features:
The product is non-toxic and will not cause harm to operator's health;
The active monomer generated by reacting with sodium hypochlorite has good compatibility with fibers and other chemical additives;
Compared to traditional fungicides, it features lower dosage, lower cost, and higher cost-effectiveness;
It has excellent effects in reducing deposits, decayed pulp, slimes in the entire wet system.
Physical & Chemical Properties:
Appearance: Colorless to yellow liquid
PH(25℃):6.0—8.0
Odor: Slightly irritating
Specific gravity g/cm ³ (25 ℃): 1.15-1.35
Usage
The product is intermittently dosed online by mixing with sodium hypochlorite and clean water in a certain proportion on site through a special conversion device provided free of charge by our company. The specific addition point and dosing procedure need to be designed by our company's technician, and the typical dosage is usually 50-200g/ton of paper.
When dosing this product, it is recommended to use corrosion-resistant materials (plastic or stainless steel) for the dosing pump and pipelines. When using a pneumatic pump to transfer the product on site, make sure to transfer to the right storage bucket and do not be mistaken with the sodium hypochlorite storage bucket, otherwise it would cause harm to the operator.
Packaging & Storage
Packaged in 200KG PE drum or 1000KG IBC drums. Store it in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. The recommended shelf life is 12 months after the production date.
