This product is an alkaline felt cleaner with a unique formula that combines washing and care functions. It can effectively remove the organic and inorganic pollutants deposited on the surface of the felt. It contains different components such as penetrant, wetting agent, emulsifier, chelating agent, and solvent, which have significant cleaning effects on the accumulated pollutants on the surface of the felt.

Usage
This product should be added into the low-pressure water spray pipe of the press section and continuously and evenly sprayed onto the paper-taking surface of the felt . The position of the spray pipe should be installed upstream of the vacuum suction tank of the press section and as far away from the vacuum suction tank as possible. The usual dosage range is 3-5 milliliters per minute per meter of felt width; Under certain special conditions, this felt cleaning agent can also be added into the high-pressure spray water in the pressing section. Our technicial will recommend the appropriate dosage and application plan based on the actual production conditions.
This felt cleaning agent is weakly alkaline and slightly corrosive, necessary protective measures should be taken during use, wearing goggles and rubber gloves. If accidentally splashes into the eyes, immediately wash with plenty of water. When using this product, it is recommended to use corrosion-resistant materials (plastic or stainless steel) for the dosing pump and pipelines. Packaging & Storage
Packaged in 200kgs plastic drums or 1000KG IBC drums. It is recommended to store it in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. The recommended shelf life is 12 months from the production date.
