This stiffing agent is a dual ion polymer with a network structure and bridging factor that can disperse fibers and chemical components and fill the pores between them. It can stabilize the chemical media, and form a stable three-dimensional network structure of pulp fibers, thereby improving paper stiffness, smoothness, durability, water filtration performance, and effectively adsorbing small fibers, reducing fluffing and enhancing paper surface strength.

Scope of Application:

This product can be widely used for cardboard, corrugated paper, whiteboard paper, cultural paper, drawing paper, cup paper, map paper, recording paper, toilet paper, napkins, and one-time molded paper products, as well as paper that requires increased stiffness

Application Guide

• Dosage: 5-8 kg/ton dry pulp

• Directly and evenly add it to the mixing tank or pulp chest. If possible, it can also be dosed continuously. When adding continuously, please dilute it in 5-10 times. 

• Dose the stiffness agent first in case there are other chemicals to be added.  The order of other additives does not need to be adjusted. 

• Blending with pulp for 30 minutes before sending to the forming wire can acheive better result.
