Ring crush enhancer is a new type of strength additive added into pulp. Its reinforcement mechanism is to use hydroxyl groups and other functional groups in the multi-component resin to form hydrogen bonds with hydroxyl groups in the fibers, thereby forming a network structure. Therefore, ring crush strengthening agent can not only improve the physical properties such as ring crush strength of paper, but also enhance the first phase retention of fine fibers and fillers in pulp. This product is mainly used to improve the stiffness and ring crush strength of packaging paper and cultural paper.

Usage:

When diluting the product, please use clean water, and the dilution ratio is generally around 10-20 times. After thoroughly stirring the product, dose it into the slurry in an amount of 10-20 kgs/ton paper, and choose a dose position where it can mix well with the slurry. Generally, it is chosen to dose at the slurry pool, head tank, or inlet of fan pump.

Use plastic or stainless steel as materials for dilution tanks, storage tanks and piping. Do not use iron materials to avoid reducing the effectiveness of use. Do not mix with other chemicals.

Packaging & Storage

Packed in 25KG, 50KG, 1000KG PE drums,  or according to user requirements. Store in a cool place (5 ℃~30 ℃), avoiding freezing and direct sunlight. Shelf life: 2 months
