Wet Process Desulfurizer is a high-efficiency desulfurizer for gas-liquid phase, suitable for desulfurization of liquids and gases containing hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, carbon disulfide, and hydroxyl sulfide.

Product Applications and Features

Wet Process Desulfurizer is a composite cobalt phthalocyanine high-efficiency desulfurizer, which is effective in ammonia. It exhibits good solubility in water and alkaline solutions, remains stable in both acidic and alkaline media, possesses strong chemical stability, demonstrates strong oxygen absorption and carrying capacity, and exhibits high catalytic activity.

The desulfurizer has low dosage and high desulfurization efficiency, with a simple pre-activation process and short time. It can maintain stable desulfurization efficiency regardless of using ammonia water or soda ash as the absorbent, and the operation is simple.

Desulfurization is comprehensive, capable of removing both inorganic and organic sulfur. It has a tower cleaning effect, can inhibit side reactions, keep the solution clear, prevent tower blockage, and is conducive to reducing the resistance of the desulfurization system

When using the desulfurizer, it should be dissolved in a 10% alkali solution, heated for a while, and stirred to ensure complete dissolution before use. The operation is convenient, and the dilute alkali solution can be regenerated and recycled for use.  The amount used is determined by the following conditions: the concentration of H2S in the feed gas and gas flow, the required concentration of H2S at the outlet of the desulfurization tower, and the replacement cycle of the desulfurizing agent.

Storage

This product is prone to absorbing moisture, so it should be stored in a dry and cool place.  When storing, it should be kept in a ventilated and dry room, away from odorous chemical materials. The shelf life is two years.
