• Under any conditions, it can dissolve uniformly in any amount of water and quickly and uniformly disperse in the pulp stock, thereby ensuring the quality stability of the finished paper;

• Better weather resistance and light resistance than VBL brightening agent, and the finished paper is less prone to yellowing;

• Even when used under low pH conditions, good whitening effects can still be achieved, which other whitening agents cannot match;

Acid and alkali resistance: suitable for use within the pH range of 3-12 (except in special circumstances)

Solubility: Can dissolve in water at any ratio

Viscosity (25 ℃): ≤ 80 mpa.s

Ionic: Anionic in nature

Fastness: Compared with similar products, this whitener has the same daylight exposure fastness and acid alkali fastness

Application

Used in pulp---using this product for fluorescent whitening in pulp for internal sizing paper, filler-added paper, no-filler-added paper, and cardboard with pH 4.5-10

Used in surface sizing process---it can be used simultaneously with polyvinyl alcohol, hydroxymethylcellulose, and seaweed salt in a water-soluble starch based sizing

Used in coating process---To achieve the desired whitening effect, an appropriate amount of auxiliary bonds such as polyvinyl alcohol and hydroxymethylcellulose are needed.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25kgs and 50kgs PE drums and should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated warehouse.  6 months shelf life.

This product has strong hydrophilicity and excellent storage stability

If stored below 0 ℃ for a long time, the product will solidify. Can use normally when it reaches room temperature or melts when heated below 50 ℃

Be sensitive to light before use, please be careful to avoid direct sunlight exposure.
